Radio Stations, one minute you love them and the other you hate them. It feels like they play the same songs over and over again and everything is just on loop. The radio has a lot of power when it comes to music. They determine which songs are played and which songs are hits. They also have the power to kill a really good song just by simply overplaying it. The overplaying of songs has led to the hatred of the radio and has had drivers turn to the audio jack and either put on Pandora, Spotify or Apple music instead. And don't get me started on the commercials every five minutes that conveniently play on every station at the same time.

Anyways, the whole point is that I have been busy and doing a lot of driving and when I drive, I listen to the radio. I am blessed enough to have Sirius XM in my car so I'm always listening to that beautiful commercial free radio. When I listen to Sirius XM you'll find me listening to Hits1, Venus, Pop2k, New York's Z100 (which sadly has ads), Alt Nation and The Highway. Four of those are pop/top 40 stations and the other two are alternative and country.

With a lot of driving comes listening to a lot of music so here are some of my favorite and least favorite songs that I have heard this month!

Country Love: What I love about the Highway is that they'll play both new country music and a little bit older stuff, and by older stuff I mean stuff that was popular a couple years ago. So when songs like Long Hot Summer by Keith Urban come on the radio I get excited and reminiscent but mainly excited. But I also get excited and jam when Crash and Burn by Thomas Rhett and Ray Bans by JT Hodges come on as well.

Indie Jams: My boyfriend would call Alt Nation an indie station, and he's the expert when it comes to that. So for my alternative indie songs I've been jamming to Don't Wait Up by Robert Delong, Molecules by Atlas Genius, 2 Heads by Coleman Hell and Tear In My Heart by Twenty One Pilots. When these songs come on in my car I turn up the volume and sing as loud as possible.

The Almighty Top 40: Top 40 music is my favorite, and I can't deny it. Right now I've been really digging Worth It by Fifth Harmony, I'm Good by The Mowgli's, Shut Up & Dance by Walk the Moon, Stitches by Shawn Mendes, Dear Future Husband by Meghan Trainor, Marvin Gaye by Charlie Puth/Meghan Trainor and Fire N Gold by Bea Miller.

Songs I Never Want to Hear on the Radio Ever Again: Now here's where we get to the dark side of the radio. Even commercial free radio like Sirius is guilty of overplaying and killing songs. And they've done that with these songs in particular: Anything Goes by Florida Georgia Line, Hey Mama by David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack and See You Again by Wiz Khalifa/Charlie Puth.

Taylor Swift Songs You Should Listen to Besides Bad Blood: Of course Taylor Swift is Queen of Pop Music and it always seems like at least two or three of her songs are on the radio at all times. And I don't know about you but I'm getting a little sick of Bad Blood and even Blank Space, I can't believe they're still playing that song! So here's a friendly reminder that she has several other songs. If you want 1989 Taylor Swift check out How You Get the Girl or I Wish You Would, if you're feeling more Red then check out Starlight or if you want a more of a throwback check out Sparks Fly or even re-listen to the classic TSwift song Picture to Burn.

NEW FIND!: Now there's this new song I've been obsessed with and it has not been played on the radio at all. So you're probably wondering how did you hear this song then? Well it was in an episode of Pretty Little Liars, played in a Gatorade commercial and has been in the commercials for the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants. This song is called Wicked Ones by DOROTHY, check it out here! I've been listening and jamming to this song frequently, I'm obsessed.

On July 17, 1955, the Disneyland resort in Anaheim, California was opened by Walt Disney himself. Today, Disneyland celebrates its 60th birthday. The park has gone all out to prepare for the Diamond Celebration. For the big birthday, there have been some changes made to the park and they will be around all year long. Banners with diamonds hang along Main Street, classic characters from Mickey to Pluto all received dazzling new outfits fit for a extravagant celebration and even Sleeping Beauty's castle got an upgrade. Would you expect anything less from this million dollar resort? Of course not.

Disneyland started prepping for this magical birthday back in May, diamonds emerged all around the park. There were also new shows added, like the new Paint the Night parade and the Disneyland Forever firework show. Now I've only see parts of both of these shows (I'll get a better look at them in September when my pass lets me go again) and from what I've seen both of these shows look amazing. There is also a brand new World of Color show in California Adventure, I haven't seen that yet either but I look forward to seeing it!

If you attended the park today, you received a complimentary cupcake and pin confirming that you indeed were there today. Also if you were lucky and important enough, you could hear a replay of Walt Disney's Disneyland opening day speech in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.

When Disneyland first opened 60 years ago, it was only 160 acres and cost $17 million to build, and it only cost $1 for adults and 50 cents for a child. Oh how the times have changed. Today, there are two parks that cover way more than 160 acres and it costs an adult $99 to visit one park one day, and $155 to visit both parks on a one day ticket. If you are a child (under the age of 10) it costs $93 for one park and $149 to visit both parks on a one day ticket.

But thankfully, they do have annual passes. I'm fortunate enough to have one, so I can experience the magic year round. Disneyland means a lot to me. Growing up, I remember going to the parks all the time with my family and as I grew up I got to experience it with other people who mean a lot to me. Disneyland will always hold a special place in my heart and I'll alway love it (even though pretty soon I won't be able to afford to love it anymore). I cherish every visit and I'll continue to make memories there for the rest of my life.

Happy Birthday Disneyland and to many more magical years. I know you'll continue to amaze and dazzle all of us. As Walt Disney once said:

Hey everyone, I know it's been a while but I've been exploring my new found freedom and spent the past couple weeks traveling and spending time with my boyfriend who I don't get to see in person all the time. Anyways, back to the subject matter, I present to you my June 2015 Swim into Beauty Glam Bag review. The theme, Swim into Beauty, was cute and a perfect way to kick off summer. The Glam Bag itself was cute and I loved the material, it was perfect to take to the beach or even have it poolside. The only problem with the Glam Bag itself was that my zipper was chipped so on the keychain it was all pink/orange with a gray spot. In this Glam Bag I received: the OFRA Cosmetics Turquoise Eyeliner, the Smashbox Cosmetics Photo Finish Foundation Primer, the LAVANILA LABORATORIES The Healthy Body Butter in Pure Vanilla, the FORMULA X Power Source nail color, and the tre'StiQue Mini Shadow Crayon.

I'm going to start off with the OFRA Cosmetics Turquoise Eyeliner. The eyeliner itself works very well, it goes on smoothly and does not smudge easily. It is a very good quality eyeliner. And I love the color turquoise, but not for eyeliner. I'm not a huge fan of colored eyeliner, I feel like it is a very juvenile trend and I'm just not into it. Like I've said before, I went through that phase already and I've matured since my beginning days with makeup. And apparently this eyeliner can also be used as a lipliner according to the product information on ipsy. Well then, if you're into blue eyelids and lips have at it with this eyeliner.

Next we have the Smashbox Cosmetics Photo Finish Foundation Primer, and I was so excited to receive this product. I had been dying to try this and it is awesome! It made my face soft and smooth and it helped my foundation stay bright full throughout the day.

Then we have the LAVANILA LABORATORIES The Healthy Body Butter in Pure Vanilla. I really liked this body butter and I'd say this is the best kind of lotion type of product I've received from ipsy. It smelt super good, then again you can't go wrong with a vanilla scent, it's my personal favorite. And it also made my skin feel very nice and soft! In the past couple weeks, I've already used most of this body butter.

And next we have the FORMULA X Power Source nail color, which is a hot coral pink shade. I love the color and it almost matches the Glam Bag. I'm not a big fan of nail polish, partially because I'm so bad at applying it but this was so easy to apply. I hardly messed up and this polish dries quickly. It also lasts a long time on its own, it didn't start chipping for me until after three or four days, with my nails and the polish I normally use, my nails chip after one or two days. This nail polish really impressed me and I loved the sample size, since I don't use nail polish often it is the perfect size for me.

Lastly we have the tre'StiQue Mini Shadow Crayon in the Kona coffee shade, which is a nice chocolate brown. I really like eye shadow crayons, and I really liked this one. Even though it did smudge easily the first time I used it I liked how well it blended and how easily it applied.

Overall I'd say I was pretty impressed with this Glam Bag. I think ipsy did a decent job picking products that would be good to wear on a beach or pool or a summer day. I think the addition of a waterproof product would have been an amazing idea but what do I know? I was really impressed with this bunch of products and this was the best Glam Bag I've received from ipsy. So I'm going to give this Glam Bag 4/5 stars! Thanks for reading and until next time!

In today's society there's a huge pressure to lose weight and be skinny. With this pressure to be thin, it seems today that most people have lost the idea of being healthy and fit. Instead they want a magical pill which will shrink their bodies and not have to change anything about their diet or lives. However, I refuse to be one of those people. Of course like everyone else, I want to lose weight, but more importantly I want to be healthy. And this brings me to the main topic of this blog post. With the help of Fitbit, I'm on a journey to a healthier and happier me.

What is Fitbit you ask? Well it is a wireless activity tracker that syncs to your smartphone or computer. These devices keep track of how many steps you take, your quality of sleep, your active minutes throughout the day, food and water consumption, weight and more. There are several different kinds of trackers and some do a lot more than others.

But I'm going to talk about the Flex, which is the one I use. The Flex was a perfect choice for me, it is a simple wristband and I take the little chip in and out to charge. Since I can take the Fitbit out I'm also able to change the wristband. Fitbit sells various other colors and even some Tory Buch wristbands! It was a little costly, but I was lucky enough to receive it as a present from my Mom. It tracks my all day activity like my steps, calories burned, distance and active minutes. And throughout the day if I tap the wristband, little LED lights will light up and show me my progress on my step goal. And what I really love about my Fitbit Flex is that it will track how many hours of sleep I get and I can also set up a silent alarm! The alarm sends a little vibration to wake you up, and that's much better for me than a noisy and annoying alarm clock I tune out. The alarms are also good for little reminders throughout the day.

Also with Fitbit, you can add your friends and cheer one another on and also compete with them in a Fitbit challenge. And those do really work, the first time when I was actually winning one, I was working twice as hard to stay on top! The friendly challenges and the cheer and support from your friends makes Fitbit a fun part of your daily life.

Since I've had my Fitbit, I've become more aware of how active I am and how motivated I am to be healthy. I'm always wanting to reach my step goal, if I go somewhere, I park a little further in order to get those extra steps. I'll admit, I'm not completely using my Fitbit to its full potential, and I should do more and slowly but surely I'll make progress.

Back in March I was lucky enough to go to Arizona and attend a couple Spring Training games for the Angels! It was a lovely weekend getaway to Tempe filled with baseball! My two favorite things: baseball and traveling, what could be better? So I went down the street to the Long Beach airport, yes I live right by the airport, and I hopped on one of these tiny two seater US Air Express planes to Phoenix! Look at how tiny that plane is! You should see the inside!

Oh wait you can, with an airplane selfie! Maybe you can't really see how tiny it is but you get the idea.

So I went on this lovely Spring Training getaway with my family, and once we landed and grabbed our bags we headed to the rental car area. A car is a big necessity in Spring Training, especially if you're going to several different stadiums. So we got in the rental car, and headed to our hotel in Tempe. Our hotel was The Buttes, which is a Marriott resort, and this hotel was beautiful!

Just look at that pool and scenery! Settled on top of a hill, The Buttes overlooks Phoenix in one direction and the other direction you can see the Tempe Diablo Stadium, the Spring Training home for the Angels. The Angels' home away from home is settled down the hill from the Buttes and is in walking distance. But fear not there are golf carts located in front of the lobby to take you down and up the hills when needed. And I indeed took a golf cart down to the bottom of the hill to get to my first Spring Training game. My mom actually booked this trip with Angels Vacations, the same people who organized my Boston trip. And by booking with Angels Vacations we received: three nights at the Buttes, the rental car, tickets for two games, a tour of the Tempe Diablo stadium and a meet & greet and dinner with some Angels players and staff!

The real fun (at least for me) is waiting outside the stadium over by the field where the Angels workout and do their warm ups, before the game starts. This is where the players come out to walk to the stadium and some even stop to sign! I got to meet a lot of players, some I knew, and some that I still don't know to this day. For example, Mike Morin, Cam Bedrosian, Grant Green and Drew Rucinski all signed my hat! Others did too but like I said, I still can't figure out, mainly because I can't read their signature.

So I got to watch the Angels play the Giants at both Tempe Diablo Stadium and at the Giants' stadium in Scottsdale. It was great to watch both of the teams get ready for the upcoming season and see the new emerging talent. What I like best about Spring Training games is getting to see the guys who don't get to play everyday or even the ones who may not make the team try to earn their spot. Personally, I liked Tempe Diablo better, but that's because it's my teams stadium and I got to sit in the shade. When I was at the Giants' stadium, I sat in the sun and got burned, tip and friendly reminder, always wear sunscreen and don't forget to reapply. That desert sun burns with all its might. After the game at the Tempe Diablo Stadium, I got to attend the Angels Vacation dinner which included a Q&A with Angels Vice President Communications Tim Mead, bullpen coach Steve Soliz and catchers Chris Iannetta and Drew Butera (now on the Royals). Honestly, I didn't really like who I got meet. If you read my twitter, you'll already know about my feelings towards Chris Ianetta, and Drew Butera was new and now is gone. And honestly, it seemed like they really didn't want to be there, it felt more like it was an obligation they had to fill rather than an appreciation for the fans. However, Tim Mead is a wonderful and very nice guy! After the meet & greet, Tim Mead took us down onto the field and we got to go into the dugout, which was ver cool! It was fun to walk on the field and climb into the dugout and sit where all my favorite players sit! Seeing the Angels get ready and prepare for the upcoming season was a truly amazing experience, also seeing the Angels sweep the World Series Champions, the San Francisco Giants was pretty awesome as well. Even though the Spring Training games don't count, it's still nice to see my favorite team win, and it makes the season ahead much more exciting. I thoroughly enjoyed Spring Training, and I can't wait to go next year!

All Time Low is back at it again with another successful and fantastic album under their belt. Their sixth album, "Future Hearts" was released April 3, 2015 and it debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Their last album, "Don't Panic" was released three years ago. The wait for new music from All Time Low was definitely worth it.

The album starts off with the track "Satellite". It has almost a grunge pop punk sound to it. The beat is easy to nod your head to and to get lost into it. The track isn't entirely focused on lead singer, Alex Gaskarth's voice, instead the instruments are more prominent and the two compliment each other. They blend together harmoniously. Tracks: "Don't You Go", "Cinderblock Garden" and "The Edge Of Tonight" do this perfectly as well.

"Future Hearts" also has some fun songs that just scream this is All Time Low; this is who they are and this is who their fans fell in love with. With tracks like" "Kicking and Screaming", "Kids In The Dark" and "Runaways" you can tell All Time Low channeled back to their roots and brought back their signature style on this album.

The hit single off the album is "Something's Gotta Give" and it's easy to see why! It has that old school All Time Low sound and Gaskarth's voice and the instruments work together perfectly and don't over shadow each other. It's a catchy song with a great and relatable meaning, being stuck in a rut and pulling yourself of it.

Even though All Time Low channeled back to their roots they also experimented with some different styles you wouldn't even think of. For example, the song "Missing You" sounds like an acoustic guitar mixed with a ukulele and the beat sounds so happy but when you listen to the lyrics it's very emotional and dark but also very empowering. Also the song "Dancing With A Wolf" sounds a lot darker and heavier than their normal songs, but it doesn't push you away, it's an alluring darkness and heaviness and you get swept up into it. In a good way of course.

It's also not a complete All Time Low album without some super star guest vocalists. First we have the ballad "Tidal Waves" featuring Blink 182's Mark Hoppus. Honestly, I would have loved to hear more than just a verse from Hoppus. It was underwhelming and I wanted more. Then we have "Bail Me Out" with Good Charlotte's Joel Madden, who sounds amazing on this track. "Bail Me Out" is an insanely catchy song that you can easily dance, jam and sing along to. It's one of the catchiest songs on the album.

The album concludes with the song "Old Scars / Future Hearts" and I think ending the album with this song was a clever decision. This song combines an old school All Time Low song with their modern style of music. It works well and shows all the progress they've made without selling out and losing themselves over time. And it sounds like it foreshadows what we may see from All Time Low in the future.

If I had to pick the best song on the album I would choose "Kids In The Dark" without hesitation. The song is easy to dance and jam out to. But the main reason why I love this song is because it reminds me of the All Time Low I fell in love with, it takes me back to a time when I just discovered this amazing band.

Anyways, that's my two cents on All Time Low's "Future Hearts" have listen for yourself on Spotify and you can be the judge yourself!

What's this? Is this an April Glam Bag review done by yours truly before she receives her May Glam Bag? Is Kaitlin finally getting it together and doing something timely? The answer to all these questions is yes! Or at least I'm trying to be better. Anyways, on to this Glam Bag review! The theme for April was Beautifully Bohemian, and honestly I didn't understand the concept behind the theme. To me (and the dictionary) the word bohemian means a person who has informal and unconventional social habits. Also fun fact, a Bohemian is a person from Bohemia which is in the Czech Republic. I think with the bohemian theme they truly meant a free spirit or no collar lifestyle, at least that's how they promoted it on social media. Anyways, the makeup bag itself is very cute, I love the style it almost looks like it's a woven or straw textile, I'm not super sure how to classify it. Another great thing with this bag is that it is way bigger compared to all the other ones I've received. Hey ipsy, can all the Glam Bags be this size? Well inside my Beautifully Bohemian Glam Bag I received: Hey Honey Good Morning - Honey Silk Facial Serum, Hikari Cosmetics Blush, theBalm Cosmetics NUDE Dude Eyeshadow Single, Starlooks Satin Finish Lip Gloss and Mullein & Sparrow Mini Lip & Cheek Tint.

First we have the Hey Honey Good Morning - Honey Silk Facial Serum, which is basically just a honey moisturizer. I love that it isn't tested on animals, that's always a big plus for me! The facial serum had a good texture, it was very creamy, and it didn't smell bad, it honestly smelt like honey. It made my face soft and brighter which is always good and what a moisturizer is supposed to do!

Next we have the Hikari Cosmetics Blush in the Tango shade, which is a bright pink. I was pleasantly surprised with this blush, I love the size, it was a full size blush! The blush was very smooth and went well on my skin. The color also gave my complexion a bright rosy cheek.

Then we have the theBalm Cosmetics NUDE Dude Eyeshadow Single in the Flirty shade, which is a metallic purple brown tone. The color combination sounds odd but it actually is very pretty and it's a nice neutral tone that shines and shimmers. And the eyeshadow goes on really well and lasts very long! One thing I really like about this was the packaging, which is a shirtless man, and his torso is the eye shadow. I thought it was really funny, clever and creative.

Next we have the Starlooks Satin Finish Lip Gloss in the Cuddle shade, which is a natural nude color. I never really have much to say about lip gloss but this was actually a really good lipgloss. It wasn't sticky, it lasted a long time and you didn't need to reapply constantly and there wasn't a terrible after taste. The lip gloss also made my lips shiny and glossy and it just felt good on my lips!

Lastly we have the Mullein & Sparrow Mini Lip & Cheek Tint. The dictionary defines tint as a shade or variety of color. However when I put this "tint" on my lips and cheeks there was no color or shade at all! It was clear! So this product simply confuses me. This didn't add any color for me, instead, I used this almost like a highlighter and placed it along my cheek bones for contouring and that's really the only use I have for this product.

Overall, the April Glam Bag turned out a lot better than I anticipated, seeing all the promotions for the "bohemian" themed bag got me worried and made me think I wouldn't like anything. But I was pleasantly surprised and I ended up enjoying most of the products! I'd give this Glam Bag 4/5 stars! I can't wait to see what's in the May Glam Bag and until next time!

Hey everyone! So back in January I hinted in one of my posts that it was one of my resolutions to blog more and maybe start using other forms of media as well! Well four months later and I've actually come through on a resolution! I decided to try out vlogging! So here it is my first ever vlog on the Angels Fan Cruise I took back in January. I know it's late, I'm still new to this whole video thing and honestly I'm really shy about this. But I'm giving it a try and it's my first one so obviously I'm going to be awkward on the camera screen. Here it is I hope you enjoy!
